History's Impact

Cortes's conquest did a lot of good and some bad to present day......

GOOD-
  • Because Cortes went and took over the Aztecs, ancient Tenochtitlan has now become present day Mexico city.
  • More land was found and more voyagers came to explore the unexplored land

BAD-

  • We no longer have a large Aztec civilization
  • exploited the gold and resources
  • We lost some of the Aztecs history
